mercury Sol Plus IN-BR is new technology high lubrication performance soluble metalworking fluid.

Due to the special formulation ensures a great biological resistance not being necessary to add biocides or fungicides. mercury Sol Plus IN-BR is a biostatic product achieving long life and nongenerating additional maintenance costs.

The product does not produce impact on operators and protects the machine from rust.

Mixing instructions

mercury Sol Plus IN-BR is easy to mix. Simply pour the concentrate into water at the appropriate solution and mix. Hardness of water should be between 100 ppm and 400 ppm and chloride content not superior to 0,1 gr/lt. mercury Sol Plus IN-BR is recommended to use between from 4 to 6% for general machining. For severe machining and alloyed steels use from 7 to 9%.

IN SERVICE STRENGTH CONTROL

Dilutions can be easily checked by Refractometer.% Concentration = Refractometer reading x 1

STORAGE: Soluble oils are susceptible to frost damage
