Grinding tools coolant

Description
mercury Sol Plus 56 SD is a synthetic metalworking fluid which forms transparent stable emulsions when mixed with water. Due to the special formulation the fluid ensures a great biological resistance therefore it is not being necessary to add biocides or fungicides. mercury Sol Plus 56 SD does not emulsify tramp oils. The product has no negative impact on operators.

Applications
mercury Sol Plus 56 SD is suitable to achieve excellent finishing in machining operations and grinding on tools, dies and hard metal parts that contain tungsten carbide, copper, cobalt, etc. The product is suitable for centralized systems and independent machines

Mixing instructions

mercury Sol Plus 56 SD is easy to mix. Simply pour the concentrate into water at the appropriate solution and mix. mercury Sol Plus 56 SD is recommended between 3-6% depending on severity of application. Recommended for water from 25 0HFand chloride below 0,1 gr/l.

Dilutions can be easily checked by refractometer:

% concentration = refractometer reading x 1.7
