Description
mercury Sol Plus 214 is a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid which forms very stable micro emulsions when mixed with water. Due to the special formulation ensures a great biological resistance not being necessary to add biocides or fungicides.

Applications
mercury Sol Plus 214 is suitable for a wide variety of machining operations and grinding on all grades of steel, cast iron and some types of aluminum and bronze. The product is suitable for centralized systems and independent machines.

Mixing instructions

mercury Sol Plus 214 is easy to mix. Simply pour the concentrate into water at the appropriate solution and mix

mercury Sol Plus 214 is recommended between 5-7% depending on severity of application. For severe machining 7-10%. For grinding from 3 to 5 %. Recommended for water from 100 to 500 ppm and chloride below 0,1 gr/l

Dilutions can be easily checked by refractometer:

% concentration = refractometer reading x 2
