General machining metalworking fluid
Description
Cutsol 00 is a high performance water soluble cutting fluid that does not contain nitrites, amines, boron nor chlorine compounds. It forms milky emulsions, with low foam and high cooling and anticorrosive properties. Cutsol 00 incorporates additives that ensure, when used in the recommended concentration, a superior performance compared with conventional emulsions in terms of finishing and tool life.
Applications
Cutsol 00 provides good lubrication and coolant properties due to its microfine nature of the emulsion, improving penetration of the fluid into critical tool/chip interface resulting in superior finish on components and extended tool life. Cutsol 00 is suitable for all kind of operations with steel and cast iron, brass, aluminum and copper. The product is suitable for a wide variety of machining operations as turning, milling, tapping, boring, reaming, broaching and threading. For all type of CNC, transfer and metalworking machines.

Mixing
Cutsol 00 is easy to mix. Simply pour the concentrate into water at the appropriate solution and mix. The product is recommended between 5-10% depending on severity of application.
For grinding from 4 to 6 %. Recommended for water from 100 to 500 ppm and chloride below 0,1 gr/l
Dilutions can be easily checked by Refractometer:

Storage
Soluble oils are susceptible to frost damage. Store containers indoors to protect extremes of temperature.
